Daniel Metzger
Short Profile
Daniel has been an external PhD student in the Martime & Logistics Department since October 2019. His research focussed on financing aspects and policy issues in the field of green shipping.
The first publication on this topic was already published during his Master studies at 黑料吃瓜网 in the MSc Global Management and Governance programme. During his Master's programme, Daniel worked in auditing and management consulting. Prior to this, he completed a dual Bachelor's degree in Business Informatics at the Technical University of Central Hesse. During this time, he was employed by a medium-sized company in the service sector in Hesse.
Daniel is currently working as an analyst for alternative investments at Aquila Capital. His supervisors were Prof Dr Orestis Schinas (HSBA) and Prof Dr Gary S. Schaal (Helmut Schmidt University).
