ek robotics Library
The ek robotics library of 黑料吃瓜网 is located on the 5th floor of the campus (Willy-Brandt-Stra脽e). It offers furnished individual workstations and group rooms for HSBA students. Here, with a view of St. Nikolai Church, they can use the textbook collection and the most important works relevant to their studies as a reference collection.
All the specialist and module literature purchased by HSBA can be viewed by students via the online catalog of the ek robotics library. Ebooks can also be accessed via this. The print media cannot be borrowed, but can be used on the library premises.
ZBW Library
The ZBW - Leibniz Information Centre for Economics is the world's largest specialist library for economic literature and is therefore ideally suited to HSBA's purely economic study programmes. Business researchers and students are supported here in their learning, research and publication processes.
The Hamburg location on the Binnenalster is within walking distance and can be reached by public transport. The ZBW is a reference, lending and digital online library with around 4.5 million media units. It subscribes to around 27,000 journals and provides access to more than two million digital full texts. HSBA students have access to EBSCO (Business Source Ultimate) and numerous other online accesses (see below) via the ZBW.
The ZBW also provides access to important databases in economics, such as EconLit, Factiva, Statista and many more. The ZBW's services are based on the latest findings from application-oriented research in economics, computer science and related disciplines.
The ZBW also offers individual workstations, group study rooms as well as Wi-Fi and copying facilities directly on the Alster.
Library of Commerce
The Commerzbibliothek of the Chamber of Commerce is the oldest private business library in the world and has around 200,000 media, including numerous e-books. Access to several electronic databases, such as Statista, WISO and Emerald, allows convenient online research, even from home.
A selection of reference works and books are available for loan in the reading room. Additional books and journals can be ordered and borrowed from the stacks at the information desk via the e-book and media search (online catalogue). The media are available after around 30 minutes and can be collected from the library within 7 days.
22 workstations with power sockets invite you to work quietly. A group room for 2-8 people including flipchart and screen can be reserved. Free Wi-Fi and a free book scanner are also available.
