The Future Leader Academy is a 4-week programme for young executives from Hamburg-based companies. You will learn how to master your first leadership role and use it as a career booster. With practical content from experts from leading companies, specific examples of state-of-the-art tools and a cross-industry, local network, the course provides the perfect foundation to grow in your new role.

The Future Leader Academy lasts four weeks and combines practical content, state-of-the-art tools and intensive peer learning. The course starts with a half-day intensive workshop on site and then extends over four weeks, during which a two-hour digital impulse is given on Tuesday afternoons and a two-hour workshop & exchange with the group takes place at HSBA on Friday afternoons. On the last day, there will be a final dinner where all participants will be able to socialise and exchange ideas.
